IPG Mediabrands retains Reckitt Benckiser Act

IPG Mediabrands is retained as Reckitt Benckiser India’s media AoR. The account size, as per the industry sources is pegged at Rs 300 crore plus. As is known health, hygiene and home products major had recently initiated pitch for its media mandate in India. IPG Media Brands would be managing digital along with other media duties.

In the year 2013, Initiative (an IPG media agency) had bagged the account as the part of a global realignment. At that point in time, it had bagged new assignments for India, Malaysia, Singapore and Bangladesh, and retained its business in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Slovakia.
