Join Ventures appoints Pooja Tiwari as Chief People Officer

Join Ventures, India's largest house of D2C brands for celebrations that include IGP.com, Interflora India, IGP for Business and Masqa, today announced that Pooja Tiwari will lead the company’s People & Culture  team as the company’s Chief People Officer.

With over 17 years of experience in human resources, proven leadership and a track record of success in a variety of industries, Pooja brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role in aligning strategy, capabilities, people and culture to deliver results and accelerate growth. Pooja will be based at the company's headquarters in Mumbai and will be responsible for leading  all aspects of People & Culture including , talent acquisition, management and retention, organizational development and effectiveness, learning  and development, total rewards, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to build an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

Pooja Tiwari was previously associated with Nykaa.com, where she served as Assistant Vice President - People & Culture. During her 4 year tenure at the company, she managed key processes and people to drive talent retention and development efforts, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high-performing professional talent was available for future business needs. Tiwari also provided advice and support to line managers and function heads and conceptualised and implemented many people initiatives..
