Jubilant Industries CEO Manu Ahuja passes away

Manu Ahuja, the CEO of Jubilant Industries and whole-time director and CEO of Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products Ltd, passed away on December 9. His sudden demise is a significant loss for both the company and the industry at large.

Manu Ahuja, an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and Thapar Institute of Engineering, Patiala, brought considerable experience to JACPL, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Jubilant Industries. The statement read: "We regret to inform you of the sudden and sad demise of Mr. Manu Ahuja (DIN: 05123127), Whole-time Director & CEO of JACPL, on Saturday, December 9, 2023." It added, "Mr. Ahuja's sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to JACPL, and all the Directors and Employees of JACPL convey deep sympathy, sorrow, and condolences to his family."

Manu Ahuja's professional journey included roles with renowned companies like ASSA ABLOY Asia Pacific, Coats Viyella, Whirlpool, and Akzo Nobel, demonstrating his leadership and expertise across diverse industries in India and South East Asia.

JACPL's product portfolio, spanning consumer products such as adhesives, wood finishes, and food polymers, as well as agri products like crop nutrition and growth, showcases the company's extensive presence in various sectors.
