KFC launches new TVC for the new Dips Bucket

KFC, the youthful hangout known for its iconic chicken bucket, has a surprise in store for you… the brand has launched a new Dips Bucket, filled with crunchy, juicy boneless Chicken Strips and served with four awesome dips FREE – Salsa, Spicy Mayo, Oriental and Sweet Chilli. Priced at Rs 349 + taxes, the Dips bucket is the ultimate snack for a group of friends, especially with the 4 awesome dips so no two bites taste the same.

Speaking about the newly introduced Dips Bucket, Tarun Lal, General Manager, KFC India & Area Countries said, “Innovation is at the very core of KFC and it is our constant endeavor to provide our consumers with new and exciting products. In line with this objective, we are delighted to introduce our iconic bucket in a new avatar. For the first time, KFC fans can relish Hot & Crispy Boneless Chicken Strips in four different ways with four amazing new dips. We are confident that fans will love this new variety added to the bucket as it’s a KFC take on the familiar Indian style of snacking with a variety of chutneys and dipping sauces.”

To communicate the new avatar of the iconic bucket, KFC has launched a fun and irreverent TVC. The new commercial is about a group of friends at KFC, enjoying the new Dips Bucket. The group breaks into an argument while deciding on what to do post their meal – go shopping, catch a movie or go for a drive etc. One of them comes up with a unique way to reach a decision. She hides all the dips and takes her chicken bite with one of them. Whichever friend guesses the right dips gets to do the activity of his / her choice. In the end, she plays a trick with her friends to make sure they go shopping which is what she wanted to do.
