Khan Riders tops the table after first week on Zee Cinema’s Cinema Premier League

Zee Cinema’s distinctive property Cinema Premier League with its brand proposition of Champion Filmein Har Din which was launched on April 7 has received phenomenal response from the movie buffs across the country. The league featuring five teams - Khan Riders, Family Indians, Comedy Challengers, South Kings and Action Warriors are battling it out on the small screen to win the title of the ultimate entertainer. After the closure of the first week, the competition saw Khan Riders and Action Warriors leading the ratings table closely followed by Family Indians and South Kings.

The Cinema Premier League has managed to grab eyeballs with an exceptionally entertaining line up of movies. Baaghi from Action Warriors was the most watched movie across all genres which was closely followed by Hum Aapke Hain Kaun from team Khan Riders, cementing its place as the winner this week. Movies like Toilet - Ek Prem Katha  under team Family Indians and titles like Bengal Tiger, Super Rakshak, Himmatwar under team South kings  also performed well and were instrumental in pulling in viewership for the channel.
