Licious Elevates Senior VP-Operations Varun Sadana as Co-Founder

In a recent development, Licious, India’s first consumer unicorn in the making, announced a key rejig in their top management. Varun Sadana, Senior VP – Operations is appointed as a Co-Founder. The Company, in their 5th year of operations, has set itself multiple ambitious targets which will call for strategic diversifications and expansions. Licious intends to elevate key management roles to aid this next phase of growth while empowering their employees by enabling newer growth prospects and wealth creation opportunities. 

Varun has been associated with Licious for the last two years and have shown exceptional entrepreneurial attitude while driving the brand’s quality standards and regulatory compliance. With over 15 years of industry experience Varun brings with him an extensive knowledge about the market and nuanced understanding of the brand- both considered crucial for Licious at this juncture.

Prior to joining Licious, Varun worked with Snapdeal as the company’s Vice President - Category Management – Electronics at their New Delhi office. His five-year-long experience with the company included management of the electronics business vertical, overlooking the category planning, business development, and operations. Armed with a decade-long experience in the FMCG and retail space, Varun has worked with some of the finest brands in India, such as Hindustan Unilever, GlaxoSmithKline and IBM, to name a few.
