Life OK to launch a special series on Ganesha during the ongoing fest

With the on going festive season, channel Life OK does not intend missing out on any opportunity to build a strong bond with its audience. The channel has shows aiming different target audience, but this time it has decided to reach out to the whole family and specially focus on kids.

The popular mythological series, Devon Ke Dev Mahadev, created history on Life OK and now the channel is all set to feature a show on the life of Lord Ganesha.  The channel has lined up a special 16 episode series titled ‘Katha Mahadev Putra Bal Ganesh Ki’ which will go on air effective 14th September. The new series is a spin off from its on going flagship property Mahadev. 

Katha Mahadev Putra Bal Ganesh Ki showcases the adventures of Lord Ganesha and Kartikeya as children and their entry into the Gurukool. Sadhil Kapoor will essay Lord Ganesha, and  Rushiraj Pawar will play the role of Kartikeya along with the same cast that appeared earlier in Mahadev

Speaking about the upcoming show, Ajit Thakur, General Manager, Life OK, said, “We plan to engage with our viewers during the festive season and hence launching it during the Ganesh Festival. This series will be launching on 14th September and will be aired every Saturday and Sunday at 7 p.m. We are not only engaging adults with this show but also our young audience, the kids, as they will relate better with this series. ”

The 8 weekend series will depict the asuras meeting their end through the hands of Lord Ganesha and a moral conveyed by Mahadev at the end of every episode. Hence tune in to watch Katha Mahadev Putra Bal Ganesh Ki on September 14, 2013 only on Life OK .
