Machdar Motorsports signs in as presenting sponsor for India's first Motorsport forum

Machdar Motorsports, promoters of the i1 Super Series Championship, has in its bid to take a leadership position in the sport signed on as the Presenting Partner for India's first-ever Motorsports Forum, being organized by SportzPower in New Delhi on November 24.

The day-long conference is being organized in association with the Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India (FMSCI), the sport's governing body in India, and with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) as a Support Partner.

The Indian Motorsports Forum 2011 (IMF 2011) will be a neutral platform for all stakeholders of the Indian Motorsport community as well as international players with an eye on the Indian opportunity to meet, exchange ideas, communicate, learn and develop new business concepts. IMF 2011 is being organized by SportzPower, the media brand from Sportz Network Pvt Ltd (SNPL), a leading sports communication company.

IMF 2011 will constitute a full day of discussions and case studies ranging from topics on the commercial and entertainment value of motorsport to marketing and sponsorship strategies, as well as broadcasting regulations to new media impact and influences. It will also feature sessions on the development of motorsport in India: addressing issues like promoting participation, developing infrastructure, initiatives for the youth activation and the scope of domestic competitions.
