Mail Today ropes in Rahul Thappa
Rahul Thappa has been appointed as COO by Mail Today. He has joined the company with effect from May 2nd 2011. Thappa will be taking over from Suresh Balakrishnan. Thappa will be directly reporting to Ashish Bagga, CEO, India Today Group.
Thappa's previous stint was with MindShare, Malaysia as Managing Director. He has also held senior positions in the advertising industry earlier. Thappa completed a Post Graduate Management Programme for Senior Executives from IIM Ahmedabad, prior to joining Mail Today.
Manoj Sharma, the recently appointed Business Head at Mail Today will be reporting to Thappa.
