Manish Ranjan Dolls up Sayali Bhagat for 'RAGAS' photo shoot!
For Manish Ranjan, Designing is indeed akin to breathing. Manish is a busy man these days, working on his new collection ‘The Ragas’ to be launched in August mid week this year. He is all geared up to dress up Sayali Bhagat for a photo shoot showcasing his collection ‘Raga Tilang’. Manish has designed not only for Ad commercials but TV serials like Kumkum, Amber Dhara & promos of Star Screen & Parivaar Awards, Roadies & Oscar Awards; he now enters Bollywood with 2 upcoming films Go Goa Gone, Cigarette Ki Tarah.
Manish excitedly speaks about his new collection Raga Tilang; “The collection comprises of evening flattery Gowns which personifies the Raga Tilang with the undertone of mellow, semi romantic & pleasing mood with a hint of yearning.”
He designs to create a perfect ensemble that will make the woman who wears it feel Confident. The Sky, Earth, Water & the flowers are the main source of inspiration for the designer whose passion is to drape women in perfect blends of Color, Cut & texture.
Talking about how Manish came up with ‘Ragas’ he mentions that he truly traced back the time to rediscover the heritage that we lost to commercialism.
Specialized in blending clean silhouettes with traditional fabrics & contemporary international trends reflecting in his label of Fusion Collections called ‘Dhobi Ghat’
