With over 12 years of experience in the event industry Ranbir Singh Beasley has handled innumerable events and marketing promotional activities , providing a strategic role in several brand building campaigns and proved to be an effective leader in a large number of national campaigns. Ranbir brings in a wealth of expertise in designing, planning and executing large scale events and marketing promotional activities. In his current role he will build and nurture strategic client relations, develop an effective team to ensure consistent delivery and help the organization achieve top line revenues. Ranbir has experience working with the best brands and has designed and executed several award winning campaigns. Prior to joining Milestone Connect, Ranbir worked with Innuendo Communications, Candid Marketing Services and Kidstuff Promotions in various capacities.

Kaushik comes with 12 years of extensive experience. A strong believer in constantly evaluating the overall effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns makes him a perfectionist. He masters the art of logistic planning and relationship building and over the years, has proven his mettle with creative execution on global brands like Yahoo!, Nestle, Pepsi, NSN, Micromax, and Samsung.

An energetic professional, John has over 10 years of rich industry experience. He began his career in 2001 and worked in leading agencies like Bates 141 & Ogilvy & Mather in addition to OMI(a division of Laqshya Media) and Arkom Advertising. Throughout his career span he has been responsible for managing a gamut of operations towards ensuring effective planning, buying and client servicing for some of the best brands in India. He also spearheaded the Vodafone Gujarat Team, and single handed launched Vodafone in MPCG circle. Some of the notable clients he has worked on include HSBC, Cadbury India, Future Group, SBI Mutual Fund, Travel & Living, Star India, Kotak Mahindra, Hindustan Times, Radio Mirchi.Zee TV, HDFC Group and Shaw Wallace.
 
 
Swati Ratnakar – Creative & Content Director Planning Milestone Connect
 
Swati brings with her 8 years of experience including more than three years in DDB Mudra credited with renowned brands like Pepsi, Philips, Aircel, Yamaha, Volkswagen, Canon, MSD and Apollo life insurance. She has also won many awards for her work on Lemon Pattalam, Slice Bus, Dew Extreme and Philips Newspaper Conference. Prior to which she also worked as a journalist with India today group, 360 Degrees and T.I.C Integrated Marketing. Swati feels it is now time to explore new opportunities, channels and tools to attract consumers, to shift from a quantitative approach to a qualitative approach to create experiences that brings a smile, makes people interact and share the same with many others. 
 
Yash Vardhan Verma – Director Brand Communication, Milestone Connect
 
Yash comes with 7 years of experience with more than 3 years in Ogilvy where he worked extensively on Vodafone and then moved to DDB Mudra and worked on telecom and FMCG clients like Diet Pepsi and Aircel. He played an important role in developing the brand Vodafone – when it shifted from Pink to Red and was deeply involved in 8 circle launches of Aircel. Milestone is a youth company and has already made a mark in the OOH business, Yash with his added enthusiasm and energy will further expand the brand communication business creating with unique brand experiences & connections with the consumers. His key role is to develop business and nurture existing clients.
 
Gaurav Singh Chauhan – Senior Manager Brand Communications, Milestone Connect
 
Gaurav Singh Chauhan joined as Senior Manager Brand Communications at Milestone Connect with over 6 years of experience in the event industry, working with agencies like Brilliant Entertainment, Wizcraft and R K Swamy/Hansa Group. He has worked as a Strategic Planner and Servicing Manager for brands like Aircel, Nokia, Yahoo!, Suzuki Motorcycles, NDTV, Nestle, Micromax, LG Electronics, Samsung and GE.”
