Muster Maven picks Vinod Gaikwad as CEO!

Vinod G Gaikwad ex HUL, Mothers Recipe and Greenways joins Muster Maven as CEO. Muster Maven is a business consultancy firm having five divisions Ma’con Legion, Brand Spirit, Aasan Bazaar, 1Up Services & Sampark. It partners with visionary companies to not only strategize & plan but also implement the most innovative business plan. It aims at optimizing the expenses, generate revenue and enhance profits for its clients.

Muster Maven has brought on board Vinod Gaikwad as CEO. A veteran professional in FMCG & Retail industry, Gaikwad has worked with a diverse range of companies such as IMRB, ABRL, HUL, Mother’s Recipe & Greenways, among others. He has 16 years of experience in Market Research, Sales, Marketing & Business Plan. Along 

In his new role, Gaikwad will be responsible for developing strategic marketing and sales initiatives through Business Turnaround Plans which includes 5C Analysis, Environmental Analysis (PESTEL), OGSM, Brand Key, distribution plan across all the trades including General Trade, Modern Trade and HORECA, Sales Promotion, Digital Marketing & PR among others. He, with his team, is also implementing the plans for its clients like Sanjay Ghodawat Group, Gadre Marine Exports, Recon Oil Industries & bunch of start-up ventures in food & beverages.
