Netflix names Nanjappa Palekanda as VP - Talent Experience & Operations

Netflix has recently appointed Nanjappa Palekanda as Vice President, Experience and Operations. He announced his appointment via a LinkedIn post.

Before joining Netflix, Nanjappa was associated with Uber for more than four years where he led an amazing team that worked across Employee Experience, HR Service Delivery, M&A, Risk & Compliance and Portfolio Management (planning, tech prog. management, budget management, etc.) for the people function.

Prior to this he joined Google in 2007 as People Programs Specialist and last served as Lead HR Business Partner in 2017. Nanjappa has also worked with Infosys for four years.
