New Campaign urges everyone to #TakeCare this World Health Day

Narayana Health, a leading healthcare provider, has launched an innovative and comprehensive preventive care campaign called '#TakeCare' on the occasion of World Health Day. It aims to raise awareness about the importance of preventive health care measures in maintaining a healthy lifestyle by encouraging people to #TakeCare of Yourself first.

The key objective of the campaign is to celebrate the idea of health and well-being by emphasizing the importance of taking care of oneself first in this fast-paced world where ignoring self-health has become very common. #TakeCare urges people that after taking care of themselves first, they should be in a better position to focus on others including family, friends, and community members, by offering support and encouragement. Through this campaign, people would be encouraged to prioritize their own health and well-being by adopting healthy lifestyle habits such as regular exercise, a balanced diet, and getting enough rest.

Commenting on the objectives of the #TakeCare, Dr Ashish Bajaj, Chief Marketing Officer, Narayana Health, said, "The campaign seeks to inspire positive change and create a healthier society. To achieve this goal, we are focusing on preventive care measures. Preventive care significantly helps in reducing the burden of illness and improves the quality of life for millions of people."

From all units of Narayana Health, the #TakeCare campaign will be launched across various platforms, including social media, television, and print media. Narayana Health aims to reach a wide audience and inspire them to make positive changes in their lifestyle.

One of the key aspects of the #TakeCare campaign is to encourage people to undergo regular preventive care checkups. To achieve this goal, Narayana Health is offering attractive and affordable screening packages under its 'Take Care of Yourself' and 'Take Care of Your Heart' messaging. The check-up packages are designed to make it easier for people to prioritize their health by providing them with access to important preventive health screenings.

“Regular preventive checkups are an important part of maintaining good health, and we want to make it easier for people to prioritize their health and well-being. By emphasizing the importance of self-care and preventative care measures, we are sure that #TakeCare would empower individuals to take control of their health and make informed decisions about their well-being," added Dr Bajaj.

Under the Campaign, Narayana Health is also showcasing short films with inspirational messaging for people of all ages to take care of their health. These films will be shown on various platforms. The aim of these films is to inspire and motivate people to make positive changes in their lifestyles and prioritize their health and well-being.

Earlier, in February this year on the occasion of World Cancer Day, Narayana Health with a chain of multispecialty tertiary and primary healthcare facilities across a network of 23 hospitals in India, had organised extensive and multi-location campaigns to raise awareness of cancer and honoured the spirit of survivors. A new campaign-‘SuperPower’ of survivors inspired a large number of cancer patients to fight a battle to win.
