News18 HSM Network presents Chaitra Navratri Special 2023

One of the season’s most vibrant festivities, is back. It is an auspicious Hindu festival celebrated in distinctive ways across India. On Chaitra Navratri, devotees pray to Goddess Durga for inner peace, health, and the strength to overcome evil. It also signifies the onset of the Hindu New Year commencing on 22nd March this year.  

In light of this divine occasion, News18 HSM Network brings a line-up of special programming consisting of Astro shows highlighting the astrological significance of Chaitra Navratri, prayer rituals followed in the 9-days wherein different priests of the region(s) will share pooja vidhi and stories of Goddess Durga and Ram Navami, and LIVE darshan of famous temples such as Ram Mandir of Uttar Pradesh, Hanuman temples of Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh, and Shaktipeeth of Rajasthan. The special half-hour shows will be aired on News18 Uttar Pradesh/Uttarakhand, News18 Madhya Pradesh/Chhattisgarh, & News18 Rajasthan.
