Nickelodeon with YouWeCan hosted an exclusive screening of RUDRA
Nickelodeon, India’s leading kids’ entertainment franchise along with Yuvraj Singhintroduced thePrince of Magic “Rudra – Boom Chik Chik Boom”, their 5thmade in India toon to kids from the YouWeCan Foundation at a screening event today.
The evening saw the prince of magic – Rudra along with the prince of cricket Yuvraj Singhadd a little bit of Magic in the life of the kids who are battling with cancer. The kids watched the first episode of Rudra before the entire countrywhile enjoying a fun interactive evening with lots of games and MAGIC.
Talking about the evening, Yuvraj Singh said, “Kids always need a little bit of magic and fun in their lives. It was indeed a delight to watch the kids enjoy themselves so much. Rudra truly felt magical, the entire evening was filled with so much laughter and joy. I’m sure just like today, RUDRA will definitely succeed in adding magic to the life of children across the country.”
Rudra is the story of a 9-year-old boy who is a spirited and intelligent. He lives in the magical Sun City with his grandfather Jai Singh, a supreme magician and patriarch. Always curious to learn, Rudra is being mentored by his grandfather to emerge as his successor and the greatest magician ever. Rudra’s journey in the world of magic is made exciting with his best friends Varun and Maira who together protect Sun City from the Super-Evil magician Shakaal and his minions.
YouWeCan Foundation aims at generating extensive awareness for cancer as a major life-threatening disease and endeavor to save as many lives by creating consciousness for early detection.
