Nippon Paint hosts virtual ‘Meet n Greet’ with Royal Challengers Bangalore

Nippon Paint (India), Asia’s leading paint manufacturer, hosted an exclusive virtual ‘Meet n Greet’ session with the Royal Challengers Bangalore players last evening. The RCB players, including Glenn Maxwell, Devdutt Padikkal and Mohammed Siraj graced the occasion and met some lucky fans. The selected fans are the winners of #GameOnWithNipponPaint social media contest and the key dealer partners of Nippon Paint from across Karnataka.

The RCB players were joined by Mr. Mahesh Anand, President – Nippon Paint India (Decorative Division), and Mr. Mark Titus – Director Marketing, Nippon Paint India (Decorative Division) in felicitating the winners of #GameOnWithNipponPaint. The fans received a rare opportunity to engage in a fun interaction with their favourite cricketers. The fans also received RCB Blobby (Nippon Paint’s mascot) and RCB face masks as souvenirs of their meeting. The event was live-streamed at the RCB Bar and Cafe.

The contest was about virtually showcasing love and support for Team RCB in the most creative way – be it dance, songs, art, or make-up. The fans who won the contest had to answer some RCB trivia questions.

Speaking about the event, Mr. S Mahesh Anand, President – Nippon Paint (India) Private Limited (Decorative Division), commented, “This is the first season Nippon Paint has associated with RCB and we are hoping the brand association continues for many more seasons. We are happy to be hosting the ‘Meet n Greet’ for some lucky fans and our trusted dealers. Due to the pandemic, the fans could not meet the RCB players in person; however, they were very enthralled to meet them virtually. The Q&A session particularly was very engaging as fans got to interact with their idols. It was great to see Maxwell, Padikkal and Siraj’s love for RCB fans shine through in the interactions. These ‘Meet n Greets’ are our way of sharing with the customers and dealers our mutual love for the men in red. We wish best of luck to the team for the upcoming matches.”
