Omnicom acquires Ptarmigan Media

Omnicom Media Group, the media services division of Omnicom, has acquired Ptarmigan Media. Ptarmigan Media is a specialized agency that offers comprehensive media and marketing solutions to financial services brands.
After the acquisition, Ptarmigan Media will remain an independent brand under Omnicom Media Group's umbrella, with its existing management team in charge.
Ptarmigan Media offers a variety of services, such as comprehensive media planning and buying, market research, search and social media expertise, as well as content creation and creative solutions. They specialize in working with financial services clients in sectors like Asset Management, Life and Pensions, Banking, Trading and Platforms, Wealth Management, Fintech, and Insurance across APAC, EMEA, and North America. Florian Adamski also mentioned that the acquisition will bring together Ptarmigan's financial services expertise and Omnicom Media Group's media buying scale, creating a powerful combination. This collaboration is expected to deliver improved outcomes for clients, create more opportunities for employees, and drive accelerated growth for both Omnicom Media Group and Ptarmigan.
