One for all and all for one - Shantanu Moitra's Robinhood theme

Shantanu Moitra gears up to bring in the brand new episode of Coke Studio@MTV with his band who work closely and are like family to the music director for the past 15 years. For his episode Shantanu uses old school musicians and instruments for all the songs he has originally composed on Coke Studio@MTV.

 

All the musicians who were part of the episode came to the studio and sat through the entire recording of all the songs and enjoyed being part of it. During the song ‘Lagi lagi’ –the entire team would sing in the chorus and Shantanu would encourage them. There was no set technical pitch that the band followed they just sang together and enjoyed the song together.
