Piramal Enterprises acquires the brand CALADRYL in India

Piramal Enterprises Limited (formerly Piramal Healthcare Limited) has announced that it has acquired the over-the-counter (OTC) brand CALADRYL® in India from Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc.
