Prepare to meet the Women Disruptors of India today

The year 2020 has been the toughest year that everyone has come across. The global pandemic has crippled every nation in the world and we are still fighting to overcome it and terrible consequences brought about by it. However, amid all the gloom and disruption, it took a pandemic to bring into prominence the leadership skills of women and the inner strength and resilience that they possess. We saw women leaders across sectors fearlessly facing the challenges and coming out successful. The pandemic has indeed equalised a lot of things from a gender perspective. Leading with empathy and providing emotional support to one’s team is now considered a norm.

Continuing from where we left off last year, Adgully is once again all geared for the second edition of our flagship Women Disruptors Summit & Awards. Given the current circumstances, it will be a virtual event. The overarching goal of Women Disruptors is to encourage Women Leaders across diverse fields and turn the spotlight on them as well as honour their outstanding achievements and contributions to the industry.

To be held on Thursday, March 4, 2021, Women Disruptors Summit 2021 will also see some of the leading women leaders in the industry discuss various issues pertaining to the formidable women workforce in the country today – especially around the stature, growth and opportunities, and challenges women face on various fronts.
