Puretech Digital announces new additions to top management

Puretech Digital has made some senior level management changes. Effective April 2019, Kamaljit Saini has been elevated to Sr. Vice President: Digital Marketing. Other changes include the promotions of Kedar Kulkarni and Hardik Shah who have both been elevated to new roles.

Kamaljit will be responsible for working towards Puretech Digital achieving its financial goals and objectives and increase operating performance. He will be expected to lead development and execution of business strategy to meet short and long term profit goals along with working closely with the CEO and separately with the Business Directors as a key enabler. He’s expected to ensure that the capabilities and expertise necessary for implementing digital programs are in place while managing multiple departments responsible for executing digital marketing strategies for all the key clients under his portfolio. 

Both Kedar and Hardik have displayed quality experience in leading multiple projects with significant and far-ranging impact on the performance of the business in both the short- and long-term.

As part of their current roles and responsibilities, both Kedar and Hardik are going to play a key role in establishing the measurable business goals and manage P&L for their respective lines of service i.e. Paid Media and Analytics, for which Kedar will be responsible, while Hardik will look after the business of Organic Search and Content Marketing, both now working as Business Directors. They both bring in their extensive experience of managing enterprise clients to push Integrated Digital Marketing solutions to their existing set of clients and new prospects. They will closely be working with the Sr. Project Managers and other business unit heads to outline procedures that will meet growth objectives. Apart from managing Key Clients Relations, they are expected to work out the best way to market the Digital Marketing Offerings to clients and prospects.
