Rahul Joshi to continue as Network18 MD for 3 more years till July 2024

Rahul Joshi’s tenure as the Managing Director of Network18 has been extended for three more years till July 2024. Reappointment of Joshi was approved via voting at Network18’s AGM.

Network18 has informed the BSE about Joshi’s reappointment as the MD. In its filing, Network18 further stated, “Rahul Joshi is not related to any of the Director of the Company, and he is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any such other authority.”

Joshi, who joined Network18 in September 2015, also serves as CEO - News and Group Editor-in-Chief, Network18, as well as MD of TV18.
