Samir Ahluwalia takes on new role at Zee Media

Samir Ahluwalia, CEO, Zee Media, is moving on to a new role. This development is part of the rejig process taking place in Zee Media that saw Subhash Chandra stepping down as Chairman of the organisation.

Ahluwalia’s new role will encompass heading Innovation Studio, which has been set up to drive Zee’s custom content. Apart from this, he will also head Zee’s special investigation team, besides continuing to lead the business team as Editor, Zee Business.

It is learnt that in his new role, Ahluwalia will report to RK Arora, CEO and ED, Zee Media. 

He has been with Zee Media for close to two decades and in various capacities like Business Head, Editor and CEO - Content.
