Pandya has over 16+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Content Acquisition, Content Creation, Business Planning, Digital Strategy, Research, New Business Development, Budgeting, P&L Management, and Client Servicing to the Media industry as a whole.

Prior to ZEE5, Pandya has worked with TAM Media Research as Director - Client Acquistions and was responsible for new business development on an All India level and to lead a team of professionals.
