SCA Hygiene ropes in Milind Pingle as MD!

SCA, a global player in Hygiene & Forest Products, has roped in Milind Pingle as the Managing Director for its India operations, effective July 1, ahead of its big-bang foray into the third fastest growing economy in the world.

With over 25 years of experience in the consumer products industry spread across respected organizations including Godrej & Boyce, Wipro Consumer Care, Perfetti Van Melle, Milind Pingle worked with Coca-Cola in his last assignment.

As the Executive Director of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Milind Pingle is credited with the creation and building of a new business vertical called Alternative Beverages and in an earlier capacity of Region Vice-President, Milind successfully led the Bottling operations for HCCB in region Central.

“We are happy to announce that Milind Pingle has joined the MEIA (Middle East, India & Africa) team and takes on the role as Managing Director in SCA Hygiene Products India Pvt. Ltd,” confirmed Cecilia Edebo, Vice President Consumer Goods India, SCA.

Milind Pingle will report directly to Thomas Wulkan, President of Business Unit MEIA (Middle East, India and Africa) and will be a part of the MEIA Management team.
