Sony announced the launch of Crime Patrol Season 3

Crime Patrol the reality Crime series showcasing real crime cases from across India with a resolve to fight crime is back on Sony with season 3,bigger and better. Crime Patrol Season 2, showcased live police operation where many lives were saved and criminals captured, high profile cases where famous Television/Film personalities stood up to fight against Crime. The fresh season will not only document the real life crimes but also give the victims an opportunity to be seen and heard. Produced by Vipul Shah, of Optimystics, the show is based on crime which made headlines nationally. Shot in original locations and `presented in a unique style the show promises to raise the bench mark of crime shows on Indian Television. The show this season will be anchored by Anup Soni.

Conceptualized by S. Subramaniam, Director and Neeraj Naik, Creative Director, Optymistics each episode will reconstruct the events exactly as it happened, bound to give a never before insight on the trend and types of crimes that plagues modern Indian society .To make it as authentic as possible, victims of every crimes were consulted before the making of the show, as a result each episode makes a compelling viewing right from the beginning.

The show starts with the story of Sarjana Singh, a housewife from Agra who had the misfortune of her husband being kidnapped by a notorious Chambal gang .Crime Patrol along with Sarjana Singh will bring to the viewers the real tale of what happened thereafter and exactly how she managed to get her husband freed. On screen Kksum famed Nausheen Ali Sardar will portray the character of Sarjana Singh.
