Sriram Srinivasan bids farewell to The Hindu Group after eight years

Sriram Srinivasan, who served as the Group Digital Editor of The Hindu Group, has recently departed after dedicating over eight years to the organization. Initially joining as the Strategy and Digital Editor, he later assumed the role of Group Digital Editor.

He also posted a LinkedIn post, He wrote, "A good part of my nine years here was spent in building editorial strategies and giving shape to them. I am grateful to the leadership for trusting me with the opportunity to drive the editorial digital transformation journey. So we built new teams, formats, verticals, and offerings, and also attempted new ways of working with each other. For all this, I have to thank my colleagues on the editorial side as well those on the product, business, data, and technology teams, with whom I worked closely. I wish The Hindu group the very best."

Before joining The Hindu, Srinivasan held the position of Chief of Bureau in Chennai and Senior Assistant Editor at The Economic Times from March 2011 to February 2014. His professional journey includes stints at Outlook Business Magazine, CRISIL MarketWire, and The Hindu BusinessLine, where he contributed in diverse capacities.
