Swati Shetty of Netflix steps down

Swati Shetty who headed Netflix India’s Director International Originals and Acquisitions has stepped down. She was associated with the OTT player for two years. She has been instrumental in leading Netflix’s content licensing bid in India and expanding its vast content library.

Bringing in two decades of experience, she is an International Executive with a demonstrated history of working successfully across various businesses in the entertainment industry including Television, Media Distribution, Film Studios -Local & Multinational, Commercial and Independent Film Production as Producer, and Digital Content. Prior to joining the organisation she has worked with Balaji Telefilms, Star India and Walt Disney.
