TBWA\INDIA gets Star Health Insurance's creative account

Star Health Insurance has assigned its creative mandate to TBWA\India's Chennai branch. The agency won the account, pegged at an estimated Rs 8 crore, following a multi-agency pitch.

Anand Roy, AVP Marketing, Star Health Insurance said - "Although Health Insurance as a category has been growing at CAGR 35%, penetration of the category is as low as 5%. Therefore the task really is to grow the category and grow as result. TBWA's disruptive thinking and their creative approach will give our brand the necessary thrust to not only consolidate our position, but also grow exponentially".

Elated at the win Nirmalya Sen, MD TBWA\India said - "We are delighted to get this opportunity to co-create brand Star Health Insurance. To grow exponentially you need to think disruptively. And that is perhaps more true of this category than any other. We are looking forward to using Disruption and Media Arts to help crack this category open."

Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. is a joint venture between Oman Insurance Company and leading Indian industrialists and business houses.
