United Dance to bring New York based dance instructor to make Mumbai Dance!

UDANCE is Anisha Shah’s effort to expose dance enthusiasts much like herself to the global dance community. Founder and Artistic Director, Anisha has trained under eminent dance instructors both nationally and internationally and has won accolades for her dance. United Dance Center or UDANCE is an abode for everyone who dances for one reason- Passion.  And when one speaks of passion, it is impossible to not mention the dynamic choreographer – Eric Campross from New York, who UDANCE is bringing down to our very own island city!

 

Eric Campross is part of the Faculty at the revered Broadway Dance Center (BDC), New York City. Having appeared on numerous television series and specials including the MTV Movie Awards, the MTV Video Music Awards, the Grammy’s, the BET Awards, and the Blockbuster Awards, master of the dancefloor Eric Campross has danced with several artists including Aaliyah, The Backstreet Boys, Lil’ Kim, Mikaela, and Usher.  He appeared in the smash hit musical Grease on Broadway and has done regional productions of Gypsy, A Chorus Line, Guys and Dolls, and The Unsinkable Molly Brown.   Eric appeared in the hit Bollywood musical Jaaneman, and can be seen in the feature film Taking Chances. Eric has danced in several commercials and industrials for companies including Toyota, Nissan, Old Navy, Nike, Wrangler Jeans with many more to his credit. As choreographer, Eric has toured Germany with the bands B3 and M*Pire, and has worked with recording artists Real Soul and Kelly McCarthy. With a cascade of events and a lot of rich experience under his belt, he is all set to make Mumbaikars dance this rainy season!

 

In a short span of time since its inception, United Dance Center has had the good fortune and privilege of having choreographed and performed at cultural events and collaborating with various independent Artistes on several projects.

Jazz Funk on the 21st and 22nd July, 4:30 – 6pm, Rs.750 per class
