Varun Dhawan starrer Judwaa 2 is unstoppable

When David Dhawan and Sajid Nadiadwala decided to reboot their cult classic- Salman Khan starrer Judwaa, the audience couldn’t wait to watch Varun Dhawan step into Salman Khan’s shoes. The blockbuster film not only received so much of love from across the nation but also continues to create milestones! On its television second viewing, the film  recorded 90 lakh impressions while on its world Television Premiere, recorded 1.5 crore impressions.

As per reports on Box Office India, Judwaa 2 beats the record of Dangal and stands second. The first two viewings of Judwaa 2 are equivalent to the three viewings of Dangal, Judwaa 2 is a blockbuster on television too. The film has beaten the first screening numbers of big films like Bajirao Mastani, Raees, Dilwale, Airlift, Kaabil, and others on its second screening.

The five films which are the biggest HITS on television of 2017 are Bahubali - The Conclusion - 5.85 crore, Judwaa 2 - 2.45 crore (2 Screenings Only), Dangal - 2.39 crore, DJ - 2.12 crore  (Telugu film Duvvada Jagannadham dubbed), Toilet Ek Prem Katha - 1.86 crore.

These numbers tell us that how the audience loves entertainment blockbusters like Judwaa2 and continues to watch on repeat. Certainly for filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala, his movies are a rage on television and box office alike as previously all his franchise movies like Baaghi, Dishoom, Housefull 3 and Kick have created equivalent TRP records!
