Vivek Srivastava to join Amazon Prime Video

Vivek Srivastava has decided to leave Times Network to join streaming giant Amazon Prime Video. Industry experts have confirmed the news to Adgully.

Srivastava has been associated with Times Network for more than seven years. He joined Times Network in October 2014 as Senior Vice-President and Head of the English entertainment cluster and was elevated as Executive Vice President and Head – Entertainment Cluster, in May 2017. He then was given an additional role as a President - Strategy & Operations for digital and broadcast and was responsible for leading the digital operations of the network.

Before joining Times Network, Srivastava was a part of Viacom18 Media as Head - Commercial and Digital of Colors for almost seven years. His previous stints include TAM Media Research and IMRB.

In a career spanning over two decades, Srivastava has varied experience in the broadcast domain - P&L management, business planning, programming strategy, content acquisition & syndication, international business, distribution strategy & planning, audience behaviour research, digital marketing and integrated communication.
