Conversations around the #MeToo and #TimesUP campaigns have evolved into global movements with a specific focus on sexual harassment, gender equality and the empowerment of women.  These campaigns have encouraged women from all walks of life to come forward and share their stories, which is evident from the fact that 70% of conversations were driven by women. While US and Canadian audiences ranked highest in terms of participation, Indian audiences ranked 5th overall, (and first within the Asian region), with topics such as  #WomenEmpowerment#PressForProgress and #MeToo garnering the most active participation”.
