Zee Action – India’s one stop destination for action movies, brings the world television premiere of Prateik Babbar and Amyra Dastur starrer revenge action saga ‘ISSAQ’ on Saturday, 26th September at 8 PM. a desi adaptation of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, the film is directed by the very talented Manish Tiwary.  High on drama and action the film also stars Neena Gupta, Ravi Kishan, Makarand Deshpande, Rajeshwari  Sachdev in key roles.

Issaq is set in the picturesque Benaras and its neighboring areas that have fallen victim to violence unleashed by sand mafia which is run by two influential sworn enemies:  the Kashyaps and the Mishras. Kashyap has an 18-year old, pretty daughter Bachchi (debutant Amyra Dastur), on the other hand, Mishra's son Rahul (Prateik Babbar) is a handsome teenager with predictable interests in guns and girls. Things take an interesting turn when Rahul and Bachchi fall in love. Will this romance lead to a bloodbath in Benaras?

An innocent love story set in the backdrop of violence and hatred, the movie is a complete package of action, romance and humor.
