Zee Media appoints Jagdish Chandra as COO – Regional Channels

Close on the heels of Rajiv Singh’s appointment as COO - National Channels at Zee Media Corporation (which AdGully had reported on August 30, 2016), comes the news of another senior level appointment. Further strengthening its management and achieve business objectives, Zee Media has brought on board Jagdish Chandra as COO – Regional Channels.

It may be noted here that this is the first time that Zee Media has divided its channel portfolio into National and Regional.

In his new role, Chandra will be overseeing the regional cluster of Zee Media, which comprises Zee News, Zee Marathi, Zee Tamil, Zee Malayalam, Zee Kannada, etc.

Prior to joining Zee Media, Chandra was CEO, ETV News Network, which is a part of TV18 Network.
