Zee to invest in Newsreach

Zee is set to invest INR 8.76 crore in Newsreach. According to media reports, Zee has entered into an agreement with Newsreach for this investment. The investment will be made through its subsidiary IDPL, by subscribing to equity shares and convertible equity instruments owned by Newsreach. The agreement is expected to be finalized by June 30, with the investment executed through subscription to equity shares.
