Zeno Malaysia expands its B2B client base

Zeno Malaysia has added two new clients to its list, namely HSBC Malaysia and YTL Communications.

Zeno's responsibilities at HSBC include developing a social strategy to promote the bank's new brand promise, "Opening Up a World of Opportunity." Zeno is implementing public relations programmes for YTL Communications to boost the profile of its telecoms brand, YES, in support of the development of a 5G network and infrastructure.

"As the pioneers of statewide 4G in Malaysia, we now have a critical task to lead the nation by becoming the first to commercially introduce 5G." And to introduce world-class 5G plans and devices to Malaysia to fulfil our goal of '5G for All,'" said YTL CEO Wing Lee . "Zeno recognises the shifting market scenario and the significance of our role as a catalyst for driving digital infrastructure improvements for the country." We are excited to be collaborating with the Zeno team and leveraging their communications experience to deliver our story to stakeholders."

The acquisition of the new customers follows previous recent B2B successes. HID Global has appointed Zeno Malaysia as its agency of record. Zeno has been hired by iNTERCiTY, a document processing and record management firm, to provide public relations and content assistance.

"As Malaysia moves toward post-pandemic recovery, we are honoured to serve innovative businesses like HSBC, YES, and others in identifying new possibilities and creating experiences in the new normal for its clients," said Amanda Leong, managing director of Zeno Malaysia. We're pleased to use our innovative, new approach to communicate with our target customers in a more honest way in order to create actual commercial effect."
