Adgully Exclusive | Its the employees who make the growth and success of a company: Mantri Developers' Priyanka Mantri

Mantri Developers; a company that is hoping to redesign the Bengalaru skyline, recently hosted a dance show, filled with fun, excitement and positivity.

Mantri Danceotsav 2011 was a dance competition that the company had across all its projects. All the residents and employees of Mantri were eligible to participate and through auditions, the best of the lot were selected for finale.

Priyanka Mantri, Director (Marketing), Mantri Developers, believes that Danceotsav 2011 was like a part of their Employee Encouragement Program, where they usually hold a few cultural events, marking their anniversary. "This year we thought of including our residents as well, because are also a big part of our company. And we thought what better than dance; because it is one thing that everybody enjoys and does not need a language to do so", she said.

Talking about the initiative, the expectations and the response they had from this initiative was good amount of participation and that people should have some fun. "We had almost 350 people who registered for the event, of which 16 performed on the grand finale. Participants ranged from two years to 60 years and above, showcasing total enthusiasm and excitement. About 2000 people attended the grand finale supporting their respective projects and contestants", said Priyanka Mantri.

Priyanka Mantri a dancer herself believes that, "dance is the appropriate medium to bind everyone together, since one does not need to perform in a particular, defined language or manner. It's a creative medium to express one's self on an open platform and explore talent".

With a few more employee encouragement programs in the pipeline, Priyanka Mantri says that, "the need for better engagement with employees rises today, since they are the ones who help the company grow. They along with the customers, make the growth and success of a company a team work.
