American series BURN NOTICE to debut on Star World

James Bond on television?!?Well look no further¦Action drama fills your screen beginning this December. Any guesses what happens when a dedicated and brave secret agent finds himself burned or discredited by his department?? Well, Michael Westen is forced to live life off his wits as his search goes on to find answers to his questions. STAR World, India's leading English GEC, presents action-packed Emmy Awards Nominated American series, Burn Notice (Season 1-4) starting, Monday, December 3rd, every Monday - Friday at 10 pm.

The series revolves around, Michael Weston, a covert operative, who after fleeing a blown operation in Nigeria and being kidnapped and beaten, finds himself in his hometown of Miami, Florida where he is attended to by his ex-girlfriend, Fiona Glenanne. However, Weston soon realizes that he has been abandoned by all his normal intelligence contacts and is under continuous surveillance with his personal assets frozen.

Consumed by the desire to find out why he has been burned, and by whom, Westen is reluctantly drawn into working as an unlicensed private investigator and problem solver for ordinary citizens to fund his personal investigation into his situation as a blacklisted agent.

Starring Jeffrey Donovan as Micheal Weston and Scent of a Woman beauty Gabrielle Anwar as Fiona Glenanne, Burn Notice promises an action-packed, fast-paced drama which is certain to keep viewers hooked on to their television sets.
