Amway India Promotes Sandeep Prakash as AVP - West

Amway India Enterprises Pvt Ltd, India’s largest direct selling FMCG Company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Amway Corporation, USA, has announced ascension of Sandeep Prakash as the Associate Vice President – West Region. In his new role, Sandeep will be responsible for managing the overall operations of West region including states – Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Chattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. He will be based in Amway’s regional office in Mumbai. Sandeep takes over the responsibility from Achinta Banerjee who has been promoted to a new role in the Head office.

Sandeep has been associated with Amway for 13 years and has held various leadership positions in the marketing and sales function at Amway. He was instrumental in setting up office and warehouse operations in Amway’s Northern and Southern Region and also in launching the first call center operation for Southern region. His leadership has been a critical factor in enhancing the company’s performance and sustained growth in Karnataka.

Sandeep brings a rich experience of over 19 years in diverse fields including sales and marketing, commercial operations, and relationship management and customer services. Prior to joining Amway in 2000, he has worked with Microwave communications Ltd and Hutchinson Max Ltd. He has also been accredited twice with the prestigious Eureka Award for excellence and outstanding contribution to the business.
