Andhra Prabha Publication to launch an English News Channel

Andhra Prabha, one of the leading newspaper publications in Southern Market has pronounced the launch of their New English News Channel - India Ahead.

Sources close to the development confirmed to Adgully that the channel will go live soon (in 2 months’ time). Also, the channel has roped in Chetan Sharma, ex NDTV, Zee Network and India Today (Headlines Today and Aajtak) as the Editorial Director and CEO.  

Andhra Prabha was started in Chennai on August 15, 1938, by Ramnath Goenka's Indian Express group and published from Andhra Pradesh.

Currently, Andhra Prabha’s editions are in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada.
