Bajaj Allianz Empowers Women!

Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co, a key player in the Indian insurance market, recently launched a digital campaign that aimed to bring to light the essence and progression of the modern day woman.

Conceptualized by WATConsult, the #WeMeanBusiness campaign aims to show how in this day and age, women are no longer just mothers, wives and sisters. It shows that women are making a difference everywhere. They want to show that the modern woman is independent and is she means business.

To create buzz about the campaign, the brand released teasers in the week leading up to Women’s Day which was promoted on all their social media handles. The teasers showed how successful women, who were part of Bajaj Allianz had a message for others which would be released on 8th March.

The brand then released a video on International Women’s Day that featured its female employees. It shows how no matter what role women had at home (mothers, wives, daughters or sisters), they were leaders, problem solvers and risk takers at the office that contributed in major ways to the success of their company.

The brand also conducted a contest on their social media handles where they asked their female fans to share their stories as well as stories of women they know, telling the world how they mean business and how far they’ve come since they began.
The campaign will go on for the entire month, where the brand will feature some of the many stories and entries they have received. They also plan on interviewing women entrepreneurs who are leaders and pioneers in their respective fields and sharing it on their social media platforms.
