BARC Ratings Week 44: Colors maintain lead; Sony Pal at no.4

BARC ratings for Week 44 (October 29-November 4) of 2016 [HSM (U+R) : NCCS All : 4+ Individuals] saw Colors hold on to its lead, even as two of its shows – ‘Naagin 2’ and ‘Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki’ – continued to put up a strong performance.

Colors continued to lead the Hindi general entertainment genre in Week 44, garnering gross viewership of 638,344. ‘Naagin’ continues to gain eyeballs in its second season as well. ‘Naagin 2’ registered 11,745Impressions (000s) this week and remained the most watched show on Hindi GECs. Another of Colors’ shows, ‘Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki’, was at No. 3, garnering 10,052 Impressions (000s).

Placed at the second spot, Star Plus garnered gross viewership of 580,743 in Week 44. Its show, ‘Ye Hai Mohabbatein (YHM)’, slipped to fourth position, registering 9005 Impressions (000s).

With a gross viewership of 449,187, Zee TV was placed at the third spot. ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ on Zee TV is the second most watched show on Hindi GECs in Week 44. The show garnered 10,455 Impressions (000s).

Sony Pal followed at the fourth spot with a gross viewership of 446,555.

Zee Anmol was at No. 5 in Week 44, registering gross viewership of 436,820. Sony SAB followed at No. 6 with a gross viewership of 409,823.

Placed at No. 7, Sony Entertainment Television garnered a gross viewership of 403, 252 in Week 44 and ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ on Sony TV stood at no.5 among the most watched show on Hindi GEC.

Rishtey was close behind with a gross viewership of 393,433.

Star Utsav, meanwhile, was placed at the ninth spot, registering a gross viewership of 381,752.

Life OK was placed in the tenth spot with a gross viewership of 371,442.
