COLORS' Farah Ki Daawat to be beamed on TV One in Pakistan

COLORS, India’s leading General Entertainment Channel, and IndiaCast, TV18 and Viacom18’s local and international distribution entity, today announced the syndication of its homegrown property Farah Ki Daawat to TV One, a leading general entertainment channel in Pakistan. With the syndication of this show, 12 COLORS programs now air in the neighbouring country within the Indian sub-continent.

Farah Ki Daawat is a cooking-based chat show which delves into multiple elements of the lives of celebrities encompassing their food journeys, quirks, secrets, indulgences and guilty food pleasures. Every episode will provide an exclusive glimpse into some celebrated kitchens to pull out a recipe which brings comfort to our favourite stars from their hectic schedules. Some of the celebrities who will be featured on the show include Abhishek Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Yuvraj Singh, Kapil Sharma, Malaika Arora Khan, Sania Mirza, Karan Johar, Anushka Sharma, Sonakshi, Arjun Kapoor, Emran Hashmi, Jacqueline among others. While Farah Khan and the celebrity relive some special memories, each episode will also feature guests who will play multiple roles including those of a sous-chef and challenger to raise the entertainment quotient. Be it a dough-kneading competition or being tied to each other to create a special food item, every guest will create some exciting moments that promise to bring smiles on every viewers’ face. Some of the guests who will feature on the show include television actors Sargun Mehta, Gautam Gulati, Karanveer Bohra, Karan Tacker, Karan Singh Grover, Sarita Joshi, Dadi, and Rashami Desai among others.
