Compliments are always welcome: Kushal Tandon

With a new look and renewed energy, Kushal who plays Viraat in STAR Plus’ Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hain is enjoying the compliments he has been getting from all over. Kushal, recently took a bold step of shaving his head to suit his character Viraat who is in love with Maanvi. Maanvi is undergoing chemotherapy and Viraat has been a huge support for her in her trying times.

 

“I have got a lot of compliments, my fans do love my new look and that makes me happy. I was pleasantly surprised when Sunaina Roshan (Hritik roshan’s sister) called me up and praised me for the work I am doing. Compliments are always welcome (laughs)” says the popular actor. On being asked what inspired him to take the step, he replied, “I am an actor. My character needed for me to change my look and I obliged. I believe that a good actor is one who will adjust himself to the character very well and as they say, ‘Practice what you preach’. I am very happy I took the step.”
