Dentsu International Hong Kong appoints Anna Chan as Media CEO

Anna Chan has joined Dentsu International as Media Ceo, effective from June 1.

According to the sources, Chan will directly report to dentsu International Hong Kong CEO Simone Tam in her new position and will oversee the full suite of dentsu’s media business including its data consulting and trading units. Her resposibility will include accelerating the network’s transformation agenda into high growth areas such as data, brand commerce and performance marketing, developing an integrated portfolio of solutions and capabilities.

Chan will be joining from PHD Hong Kong as she is currently working as a managing partner, leading the HSBC account for APAC. Before joining dentsu International, she was associated with AdOps at dentsu APAC; and regional managing director at dentsu’s programmatic arm Amnet, where she took a responsibility in setting up the network’s programmatic operations in key markets including Hong Kong, India, Taiwan and Southeast Asia.
