Despite Cillian Murphy's win, Ryan Gosling dominates Oscar buzz

In an Oscar season full of surprises, the line 'He's just Ken' takes on a whole new meaning as Ryan Gosling, in a supporting role, eclipses Cillian Murphy's Best Actor win to take over the internet. Gosling, who played Ken in The Barbie movie was the most talked about on social media during Oscars (225K+ mentions) over Murphy (175K+), who also became the first Irish-born actor to win the coveted award. Despite Murphy's outstanding achievement, Gosling, a nominee in the supporting actor category, has unexpectedly stolen the spotlight, becoming the most talked-about star.

From Gosling’s iconic live rendition of the hit ‘I’m Just Ken’, to John Cena’s daring onstage outfit (or lack thereof) highlighting the importance of costume design, the Oscars have certainly set the online world abuzz with conversations.
