Dilen Gandhi bids farewell to Reckitt after 2.5 years

Dilen Gandhi, Regional Marketing Director for Health & Nutrition at Reckitt, has made the decision to step down from his role at the company after a tenure of 2.5 years. Gandhi went on to acknowledge the indispensable contributions of his agency partners, McCann Worldgroup, Havas India, and Wavemaker India. He conveyed his enduring gratitude for their unwavering patience, partnership, and outstanding performance. Reflecting on his time at Reckitt, which he considered his home for the past 2.5 years, he shared that he carries with him an abundance of memories that will not only serve as a cherished recollection but also as a source of strength as he embarks on his future endeavors. He expressed his anticipation for Reckitt's ongoing transformation while eagerly looking forward to the transformation journey that lies ahead for himself. Before his tenure at Reckitt, Gandhi held the position of Senior Director and Category Head for Foods at PepsiCo India. His journey with PepsiCo began in 2016 when he assumed the role of Marketing Director within the snacks division. Gandhi's professional trajectory also encompassed a notable stint at Procter & Gamble. He initially joined the company in 2006 as Assistant Country Marketing Manager, overseeing Airtel & Tide brands in India. Over the years, he ascended the ranks and was eventually promoted to Senior Regional Innovation Brand Manager, responsible for India, Africa, and the Middle East. Additionally, Gandhi had previously served as Area Sales Manager at Gillette India.
