Disney+ Hotstar's Shweta Poojari embarks on a new journey after a two-year tenure.

In her recent LinkedIn post, she expressed, "A great run at the 🚀 called Disney+ Hotstar . It’s been an enriching, fullfilling experience of learning from the best minds in the industry. I am proud of building PR function and leaving behind one of the best PR team (members) to keep the flag soaring high. Nothing but proud and grateful of what the past 2 years have been. Excited for the next chapter"

As per sources close to the development, she is set to join an American SVOD OTT Platform, commencing her role next week.

Shweta has over a decade experience as a PR professional. Prior to this, she has worked with Netflix, INOX, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Avian Media, Lowe Lintas and many more.

She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Institute Of Chartered Financial Analysts Of India.
